1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChatFlow. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatFlow provides an AI-powered customer support chatbot platform that allows businesses to automate customer interactions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Notification: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Fees

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period expires. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for partial months or unused services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
  • Send unsolicited advertising or spam.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChatFlow.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, text, or files you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it strictly for providing and improving the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ChatFlow is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
